Pictures: Sirika meets ICAO Secretary-General

The Minister of State (Aviation), Sen. Hadi Sirika with Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transportation Alhaji Sabiu Zakari led aviation agencies' Chief Executives on a visit to the Secretary General of International Civil Aviation Organisation(ICAO), Dr. Fang Liu in her office at the ICAO HQ in Montreal Canada.  Also in attendance was Capt. Muhtar Usman, Director-General Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority; Capt. Samuel Caulcrick,  Rector Nigerian College of Aviation Technology; Dr. Felix Abali ,Commissioner Accident Investigation Bureau; Capt. Musa Nuhu,  Nigeria Representation to ICAO  and Dr. Idris Ibn Ibrahim, Chief of Staff to the Minister.
