In order not to be taken unaware of the possible rise in traffic at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport
Abuja, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN has called the attention
of the airport users that it is as a result of an international conference
taking place at the nation’s federal capital territory. According to Yakubu
Dati, FAAN spokesman, “The management of the Federal Airports Authority of
Nigeria wishes to inform the general public of the traffic upsurge at the
Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
This is caused by the ongoing international conference in the Federal
Capital Territory, Abuja.”
He therefore encouraged that, “ air travellers are advised to leave home
early on their travel dates, in order to complete their boarding formalities in
good time.”
